Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

2. Refund Policy

  • We offer a  7 day return policy for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 working days.
